This cheese is the typical high mountain dairy aged for at least 30 days, but we offer you aged for two months. They are rare works of art made with raw milk, which therefore carry with them all the pleasantness and genuineness of the mountain. In Pianezze, 1500 meters high, in an enchanting plateau where large green pastures are surrounded by beech and fir woods, the Bruno alpina breed cows graze on pure grass rich in flowers. Here, there is only one malga that also serves as an agriturismo. Monte Cesen Malga Mariech produces extraordinary cheeses aged by the pure air of the Belluno Dolomites.
