This is a cheese made from whole milk from cows grazing in high mountain meadows.
After coagulation and salting at about six weeks of age, the cheese is immersed in a liquid mixture of flowers, consisting of hay, mallow, calendula, strawberry, rose.
At the end of the aging process, the cheese is dried on wooden boards.
