This is a cheese made from whole cow's milk grazed in the high mountain meadows.
After coagulation and salting at around six weeks of age, the cheese is immersed in a liquid mixture of flowers, composed of hay, mallow, calendula, strawberry, rose.
At the end of the maturation process, the cheese is dried on wooden boards.
