It is made with pasteurized whole cow's milk, sourced from cows that graze outdoors, feeding on aromatic grass rich in flowers. Cylindrical in shape, it has a soft, smooth, thin, regular, and elastic rind. The natural paste, with a slightly straw-yellow color, is soft, compact when cut, with little to no eyes. The aroma is pleasant, and the flavor is sweet and delicate.
