The Nababbo di capra by CasArrigoni is part of a range of products made with only goat's milk from selected farms, and is aged and packaged in Val Taleggio.
In fact, this delicacy is a similar Taleggio but made with goat's milk instead of cow's milk. With a semi-soft texture, it is very creamy, sweet, rich, and has a full-bodied flavor on the palate.

It is an excellent ingredient for risottos, but it works perfectly in a warm savory pie with caramelized onions and a floral pint of Blond Ale.
Undoubtedly, its creaminess makes it a table cheese that shines in many recipes, and it’s also worth trying on polenta, the coarser, chunky, and whole grain one.
In main courses, it pairs very well with meat rolls.
