The Mandorlato Bauce, respecting the world-famous secret recipe from Cologna dating back to the early 19th century, is made just like back then with all its highest quality and craftsmanship; in fact, it is handmade and composed of only four ingredients: large-caliber almonds, acacia honey, sugar, and egg white, without preservatives or colorants.


PARTICULARITIES


The unique characteristic of the Mandorlato Bauce is the decorative threads of melted sugar and honey that are made at the end of the product's shaping.
