The Salumificio Zironi offers us the IGP Salama da Sugo in a pre-cooked version, which has been sterilized at 120° using a technique that allows its preservation at room temperature for at least 18 months and ensures the integrity and hygiene of the product.

Very easy to prepare, simply immerse the aluminum package containing it in a deep pot of water, bring to a boil, and cook for about 1 hour. 

Tradition says

According to tradition, salama da sugo is consumed by breaking down its meat into small crumbs, placed on a soft mashed potato or pumpkin purée, rather than on a soft polenta topped with its tasty and fragrant sauce.
