The Cherry Mustard of Corrado Benedetti, in a 220g jar, is produced with only black cherries from Valpolicella. This variety is the queen of Veronese cherries, and it is with this special fruit that an equally special mustard is made, leaving a long and persistent aftertaste and is very flavorful.
