This green tea in leaves comes from plantations located at altitude on the island of Ceylon, in Sri Lanka.

After harvesting, the leaves are wilted and then dried. They are then packaged in a box made of palm leaves.

We recommend enjoying this green tea in all its purity at breakfast, to fully appreciate its aromatic range. It pairs well with cinnamon cookies or a yellow peach. However, it also complements dishes based on chicken or turkey very well.

TASTING

It is distinguished by its straw-yellow color and a slightly bitter taste. The infusion time in water at 80° is 3-5 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
