This white tea in leaves of the variety White Tippy Golden comes from organic farming located in India, in the renowned region of Darjeeling. Rich in antioxidants and with a low caffeine content.
This type of tea is harvested from the buds at the top of the plant's stem, and the collection takes place only once a year. After the harvest, there is a light fermentation, followed by the drying phase and grinding. The tea is then packaged loose in 50g boxes.
We recommend enjoying this white tea in all its purity at breakfast, to fully appreciate its aromatic range. Excellent with strawberry cookies or with a slice of pineapple. However, it also pairs very well with Buffalo mozzarella and young and sweet cold cuts.
It is distinguished by its light yellow color and a delicate and pleasantly persistent taste. The infusion time in water at 80° is 3-5 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
