The Himalayan White Tea is a flavored tea with a sweet and delicate taste. The pineapple and curry leaves give it a fresh exotic note. This is a blend made from Chinese Pai Mu Tan white tea, Darjeeling green tea, Chinese Fog Tea green tea, Lung Ching, and Jasmine Jade Pearls, pineapple, flavorings, corn, and curry leaves.
Among the most precious qualities of tea, white teas represent the finest of all teas. White tea gets its name from the silver down that covers the buds. For this blend, only the very first leaves and young buds covered with a delicate fuzz are selected from the harvest.
The Himalayan White Tea "should be savored between the teeth", perhaps pure and unsweetened to capture all its nuances.
Excellent to enjoy at breakfast accompanied by dry biscuits or chocolate treats.
Preparation: steep a teaspoon of Organic White Tea Peonia Bianca in hot water at 80 degrees for 2-4 minutes.
