This cheese is typical of high mountain dairies. It is of medium aging, about two months. A true rare work of art obtained with raw milk, which therefore carries with it all the pleasure and authenticity of the mountains. In short, with your eyes closed, you will feel as if you are walking through flowering green woods and meadows.
In Pianezze, at 1500 mt, in a charming plateau where vast green pastures are surrounded by beech and fir forests, the Alpine Brown breed cows graze on pure grass rich in flowers. Here there is only one mountain hut that also serves as an agriturismo. Malga Mariech produces extraordinary cheeses aged by the pure air of the Belluno Dolomites.
