The Coppa is a great classic of Italian cured meats, but this product by Corrado Benedetti also carries all the typical flavors and aromas of the Lessinia region.
Aged for a minimum of 120 days, the Lessinia flavored Coppa presents itself in an intense garnet red color with white marbling. It is compact and homogeneous and owes its softness to the combination of lean meat and fat that envelops it. It surprises with the sweet aroma of juniper, and the fragrance and freshness that come from the essences.
