We continue with the intense flavor of Sopressa Nostrana di Suino, a typical and very tasty cured meat from the Veneto region. The intense flavors continue with the selection of cheeses we have reserved for you: Monte Veronese d'affinamento aged from 12 to 15 months and Blu 61, a cheese that has collected numerous awards. The accompaniment on your platter is candied mixed fruit mustard. Pair it with the dark and intense Rosso Veronese IGT Ulderico Rosso.
