The Egg Durum Wheat Pappardelle from Pasta Santoni are a type of long pasta handmade with 100% Marche region raw materials, natural and non-GMO. The pasta is extruded by hand as per tradition.
The use of genuine ingredients produced in-house allows for the transformation of semolina and always fresh eggs into pasta that is completely different from others, in terms of color, flavor, and aroma.
The Pappardelle are worked with the Santoni method: bronze-extruded and slowly dried at low temperatures, in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and give the Pappardelle roughness and porosity, so they can hold sauces better.
