The Egg Durum Wheat Fettuccine from Pasta Santoni is a type of long pasta made artisanally with 100% Marche region raw materials that are natural and non-GMO. The pasta is shaped manually as per tradition.
The use of genuine ingredients produced in-house allows for the transformation of semolina and always fresh eggs into a pasta that is completely different from others, in terms of color, flavor, and aroma.
The Fettuccine are produced using the Santoni method: bronze-extruded and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and give the Fettuccine roughness and porosity so that they can better hold sauces.
