This Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Contarina is a premium product. An oil that is truly exciting and deliberately presented in a beautiful label to enhance the intrinsic qualitative value of the product.
Produced in the olive groves in Valle di Mezzane, in the municipalities of Mezzane di Sotto and Illasi, on the northern hills of the province of Verona. This valley is a particularly unique climatic treasure, ideal for oil production: a substrate of marl and sandstone, unspoiled nature, a closed valley that maintains controlled temperatures throughout the year with excellent temperature fluctuations, especially during the maturation period of the fruit. This is an oil of the type known as Doge (Casaliva Leccino). It presents a deep green color, creamy and persistent, with strong hints of vegetables, artichoke, and thistle.
