The selected cooked beef tongue from Lenti is a true specialty of the Piedmontese tradition, already produced by Attilio Lenti in 1935: the cooked beef tongue is still expertly processed and flavored today following his original recipes.

Cooking: in water.
Packaging: vacuum-packed, in poly-laminated bags followed by sterilization.
The selected cooked beef tongue contains no added phosphates, is gluten-free and lactose-free. Furthermore, it does not contain substances or products that cause allergies or intolerances.
