The smell of freshly cut hay, soft summer breeze: this is truly his beloved Vento d'Estate, a cheese capable of providing a warm experience.

This incredible sheep cheese offers flavors that are appreciated and satisfy even the most demanding palates. The fermentation in a barrel with hay for over two months gives it a herbaceous color on the crust, uneven and natural. Made with pasteurized sheep milk and aged for at least 5 months.
