The Recioto Vivace “Riserva” DOCG Classic Method from the winery Natalina Grandi is a sweet wine made from the drying of selected grapes from the hills of Gambellara.
It is produced only in the best vintages.
Made from 100% Garganega grapes, these grapes were processed in small steel tanks to extract more intense aromas, and the drying took place in the drying room for 150 days. Refermented for 48 months in the bottle using the “Champenoise method”.
The Recioto Vivace “Riserva” DOCG Metodo Classico from the winery Natalina Grandi is an excellent wine that we undoubtedly recommend as a dessert paired with chocolate and foie gras sweets.
A wine with a deep golden yellow color and fine, short-lasting bubbles.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Alcohol content: 13.5°.
