The pomace from the fermentation of Amarone is taken while still wet with the nectar that will become the great wine of Verona. It is then placed to ferment and then into the still to extract the alcohol and all the typical scents and aromas that we also find in the wine.

This Grappa is produced with the pomace of Amarone at the end of pressing, just dried in the fruit drying rooms. A dry grappa with a good body, featuring a beautiful complexity of aromas and a pleasant freshness on the palate. To be paired with biscuits and dry cakes made with almonds or chocolate. As a digestif after a meal.
