This delicious fruit juice has a guaranteed shelf-life of 36 months from the date of production. To achieve this result without the use of preservatives or other additives, Punto Verde carries out stabilization and pasteurization through three important steps: hot filling; sealing the bottles with special caps in a steam chamber, which sterilizes the cap and creates a vacuum underneath; tunnel pasteurization, which involves a warm water shower over the already sealed jars, practically the evolution of the grandmother's old "bain-marie".
