The FrullaBio Peach Fruit Juice by Punto Verde is an excellent enveloping drink, rich in B-carotene and potassium. With a minimum of 80% fruit and 100% flavor, this product is blended fruit and ready to drink. Healthy, organic, additive-free, preservative-free, colorant-free, and gluten-free.
This delicious fruit juice has a guaranteed shelf-life of 36 months from the day of production. To achieve this without the use of preservatives or other additives, Punto Verde carries out stabilization and pasteurization through three important steps: hot filling; sealing the bottles with special capsules in a steam chamber, which sterilizes the capsule and creates a vacuum inside; tunnel pasteurization, which consists of a shower of hot water on the already sealed jars, practically the evolution of grandma's old "bain-marie". In this way, the product is stabilized, allowing for a preservation period that can reach up to three years.
