The BIO Gluten-Free Amaranth Fusilli from Pasta d'Alba are a tempting and fun idea to bring to the table for a healthy first course, completely organic and gluten-free. This pasta is made solely with amaranth flour, naturally gluten-free but rich in proteins and lysine, an essential amino acid often lacking in other cereals.
Pasta d'Alba s low-dried their product at low temperature for 16-18 hours to allow the pasta to have important organoleptic characteristics and valuable nutritional principles. The resulting pasta is nutritious and more digestible.

The BIO Gluten-Free Amaranth Fusilli from Pasta d'Alba are highly appreciated with condiments made from legumes or vegetables. The pasta made with amaranth flour has a rather round, delicate but rich flavor, with a slight nutty note, and it doesn't differ much from the taste of whole wheat pasta. We also recommend a sauce made from dried tomatoes or Taggiasca olives.
