Forget about almonds to enhance the combination of the hazelnut aroma with the flavor of dark chocolate; these cookies are true artisanal sweets made with top-quality ingredients and a lot of passion.
Ingredients: hazelnuts TGT, wheat flour, butter, sugar, cocoa, eggs , and yeast.
The hazelnuts are grown and processed at the La Peracca farm, while the other ingredients are sourced from the Piedmont area or nationally.
