The BIO Gluten-Free Buckwheat Penne from Pasta d'Alba are a tempting and fun idea to bring to the table for a healthy first course, completely organic and gluten-free. This pasta is made with buckwheat flour, considered a minor cereal belonging to that group of crops that have recently been decreasing due to demand but also productivity; however, it seems to be making a comeback lately thanks to its beneficial properties. It is a cereal rich in fiber, minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, and potassium, as well as B vitamins, especially B1, B2, B5, and PP.
