The Hazelnut Cake La Morbida from La Peracca is a true delight! The Bastianini family surprises us with this handmade artisan dessert of the highest quality, and importantly, it is suitable for those intolerant to gluten as it is flour-free.
It is a special preparation that, without the use of wheat flour, delights the palate with a delicate flavor and a soft texture thanks to the predominant presence of hazelnut.
Ingredients: Hazelnut TGT (75%), sugar, eggs, butter.
The hazelnuts are cultivated and processed at the La Peracca farm, and the other ingredients are sourced from the Piedmont region or nationally.
Allergens: nuts, dairy derivatives, eggs.
