The BIO gluten-free Rice Penne from Pasta d'Alba are a tantalizing and fun idea to bring to the table for a healthy first course, completely organic and gluten-free. This pasta is made with rice flour, rich in B vitamins, mainly B6, B3, B2, and B1, followed by vitamin E, fiber, and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc. It also has a low lipid content, making it particularly suitable for low-fat diets, as well as a fairly high amount of protein.
Pasta d'Alba sloooowly dries its product at low temperature for 16-18 hours to allow the pasta to have important organoleptic characteristics and valuable nutrients. The resulting pasta is nutritious and more digestible.

The BIO Gluten-Free Rice Penne by Pasta d'Alba, to fully appreciate the flavor of the flour, we recommend enjoying them with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, preferably Sicilian.
Alternatively, they can be paired with sauces that have a typically oriental flavor, especially with fish, particularly shellfish, but also with meat and vegetables sautéed and spiced. However, they are also very good with a classic garlic, oil, and chili pepper.
