Behind this product, there is a great craftsmanship, not only a forty hours of fermentation of the handmade dough but also the preparation of the chocolate which is crafted to make it creamier and more infused within the dough, and finally a slow preparation of the ginger to make it candied and ensure it does not harden and become woody.
The ginger actually melts in the mouth and remains perfectly crunchy, releasing a lightly spicy syrup that is very pleasant. The lemon zest makes the product even more intriguing with a nice fresh citrus sensation and a tangy creaminess that supports the sweetness of the product.
