Behind this product, there is a great artisanal process, not only a forty-hour fermentation of the handmade dough but also the preparation of the chocolate which is processed to make it creamier and more penetrating in the dough mass, and finally a slow process of ginger to make it candied and ensure it does not harden and become woody.
The ginger, in fact, melts in the mouth and remains perfectly crunchy, releasing a lightly spicy syrup of great pleasure. The lemon peels make the product even more fascinating with a nice fresh citrus sensation and an acidic creaminess that supports the sweetness of the product.
