The caciotte selected by Corrado Benedetti, created by trusted cheesemakers, meet the king of wines from Valpolicella, giving life to a special niche product. This authorial creation concentrates the best of the pastures of Lessinia and finds in Amarone an ideal aging for a intense cheese with a refined and elegant flavor.

An exciting cheese made from cow's milk and aged for at least 12 months, with a semi-hard texture. On the palate, it offers intense buttery and winey notes, but overall it is very delicate.
