The Spreadable hazelnut cream with donkey milk and saffron from Safranum is the result of the collaboration between Safranum and the young pastry chef from Cuneo, Mattia Baldizzone, who has skillfully blended Piedmont hazelnuts, cocoa, and cane sugar, perfectly combining them with two ancient products known for their origins and unique properties, such as donkey milk (similar to breast milk, low in fat, and rich in omega 3) and Langhe Saffron.
