This wine, with its pale yellow color, boasts a dense froth and a fine but persistent perlage. Its aroma is broad, intense, and balanced, featuring delicate floral notes like wisteria and acacia flowers, along with fresh fruity notes, especially of white fruits such as apple and pear.
The taste, on the other hand, is pleasantly acidic, salty, and very dry. It expresses a consistent width and is particularly fresh: a flavor with good fullness and length that completely corresponds to the aroma, thus characterized by great harmony and elegance, further emphasized by a marked dry finish.
It is advised to store it in a cool and dark place and to avoid long stays in the refrigerator.
