The Torrazzo Valtenesi Rosso DOC from the Azienda Agricola Pratello is a red wine of high quality, produced with the grapes from vineyards cultivated on the Morenic hills of the Lake Garda area in the province of Brescia. This wine is characterized by a clear ruby red color and a strong aroma that, upon first impact, offers aromatic notes of floral underbrush and violet but subsequently enriches with the sweet note of cherry.
The taste is pleasant, characterized by a complex and unexpected floral and fruity vein where one can perceive violet, cherry, and raspberry.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
The Torrazzo Valtenesi Rosso DOC from the Azienda Agricola Pratello pairs perfectly with both cold dishes and hot dishes, making it suitable for every type of meal.
It is ideal for accompanying quick meals such as piadinas, pizza, sandwiches, but also aperitifs based on cured meats and cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is around 14-16°C, and the recommended type of glass is a wide tulip-shaped red wine glass that, allowing for the oxygenation of the wine, gives the aromas the opportunity to release their full intensity.
