The Champagne Extra Brut Cuvée Naturelle BIO by Jeeper is a high-quality champagne, produced with the extraordinary grapes from three white vineyards coming from Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs, different areas that are part of Champagne, the famous region in the northeast of France. This wine is one of the rare extra-Italian exceptions on our portal, an excellence from France known worldwide that deserves to be tasted and adored.
This wine is characterized by an intense golden color. The aroma is fine and delicate with aromatic notes of white-fleshed fruits, while the taste is extremely refined, with a tendency towards minerality and aromatic complexity. It features an elegant perlage and extreme refinement. A pure Champagne, focusing on originality and uniqueness.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
The Champagne Extra Brut Cuvée Naturelle BIO by Jeeper is ideal for an aperitif but also for pairing with main courses featuring fish such as, for example, cod fillet with porcini mushrooms or seabass tartare. It also goes wonderfully with vegetable soups, especially asparagus soup. The ideal serving temperature is around 8-10° C and the recommended type of glass is a tulip-shaped flute, tall enough to allow the bubbles to develop and thus permitting the aromas to express themselves.
