The Spumante Brut Ribolla Gialla from Cantine Russolo is a high-quality sparkling wine, produced with the extraordinary grapes grown in the Zui vineyard, located in the vast flat area of San Quirino, a small municipality in the province of Pordenone in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Zui is the newest company vineyard and is situated in a particularly “wild” area.

This wine is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is delicate, slightly aromatic, and ranges from fruity to floral. The taste, on the other hand, is rich, persistent, and extremely drinkable. Finally, it has a fine yet well persistent perlage.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Ribolla Gialla Brut sparkling wine 750ml: use in the kitchen

The Spumante Brut Ribolla Gialla from Cantine Russolo is ideal for an aperitif but also to accompany cold appetizers. It pairs exceptionally well with raw fish, shellfish, or mollusks. Additionally, it goes perfectly with soups or seafood main courses. The ideal serving temperature is around 8-10° C, and the recommended type of glass is a medium-sized flute, not too closed.
