The Roncà di Roncà - Lessini Durello Spumante DOC from the Azienda Agricola Fattori is a noble sparkling wine of ancient origins, increasingly establishing itself among the great Verona wines. It received the DOC recognition in 2008. In recent years, it has shown great vivacity and spirit. Made with 100% Durella grapes grown in the Pergola Veronese vineyard, on the slopes of Monte Calvarina, in the eastern area of the DOC Soave.

The Durella is an ancient grape variety cultivated in the Vicenza and Verona regions. It is mentioned as early as the 1200s with the name "Durasena", derived from the Latin "durus acinus", referring to the thick skin of the grape. It has an important acidity and is characterized by a sharp taste. The soil in which it grows is of volcanic origin, rich in mineral salts that give sapidity to the sparkling wine.

This sparkling wine features a fine and persistent perlage and is of a brilliant yellow color, with a delicately wine-like and fruity aroma. The flavor is tart and fresh, and in the finish, there is a hint of unripe almond. A fruity, citrusy note is also evident, with delicate balsamic nuances.
