The Motto Piane Recioto di Soave DOCG from the Azienda Agricola Fattori is a high-quality sweet white wine, produced from the extraordinary Garganega grapes grown in the vineyards located on the volcanic hills to the northeast of Verona, in the Soave DOCG area which includes the municipalities of Soave, Monteforte d'Alpone, San Martino Buon Albergo, Mezzane di Sotto, Roncà, Montecchia di Crosara, San Giovanni Ilarione, Cazzano di Tramigna, Colognola ai Colli, Illasi, and Lavagno.

The Recioto is a sweet wine due to the particular processing that the grapes undergo: only the best bunches, before becoming wine, are placed on racks for drying. The grapes are allowed to rest, constantly monitored and cleaned, for a period ranging from four to six months, until the time of pressing.

This fortified wine is characterized by an intense yellow color with golden reflections. The aroma is quite particular and intense, with a graphite note enhancing the complexity of the grapes themselves, creating a sweet and spicy aroma, leaving an intriguing scent of dried apricot. The taste, on the other hand, is sweet but fresh and slightly salty; an elegant wine with notes of exotic fruit and citrus fruits.
