Blu Gins is wrapped in a brilliant packaging that resembles a denim pocket made of original fabric. The pearly white of the shape is dotted with crust blooms of a delicate blue-green color. When cut, one can appreciate the compactness and homogeneity of the blue veins and the particular creaminess of the paste. It does not form a drop as in more common blue cheeses, but the blue veins remain light and gently blended into the paste, thanks to the action of the Gin. The integration of the Gin in the paste significantly marks the scent of this creation. Between sensations of fine aromatic herbs and floral delights that merge with the characteristic scent of the blue cheese cream. Sweet, elegant, fine, and definitely intriguing.
