Blu Gins is wrapped in a brilliant packaging that resembles a denim pocket made from original fabric. The pearly white of the form is dotted with crust blooms of a delicate turquoise-green color. When cut, one can appreciate the compactness and homogeneity of the blueing and the particular creaminess of the paste. It does not form the drop like in the most common blue cheeses but the blueing remains impalpable and delicately fused into the paste, thanks to the action of the Gin. The integration of Gin into the paste significantly marks the fragrance of this creation. Among sensations of fine aromatic herbs and floral pleasures that blend with the characteristic aroma of the blue cream. Sweet, elegant, fine, and decidedly intriguing.
