The Moscato Rosa Prato delle Rose from Cantine Russolo is a high-quality rosé Moscato wine, produced from the extraordinary grapes of the Moscato Rosa vineyard in Parenzo, adjacent to the Ronco Calaj vineyard, cultivated in the wide flat area of San Quirino, a small municipality in the province of Pordenone in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
This wine is characterized by a not too intense pink color. The aroma, typical and fragrant, is characterized by a floral bouquet that features a distinct wild rose note. The taste, on the other hand, sweet and enveloping, presents a level of acidity that results in a delightful balance with the residual sugars that characterize this wine.
Alcohol content: 11.5-12% vol.
The Moscato Rosa Prato delle Rose from Cantine Russolo is truly excellent as an aperitif or to pair with appetizers based on blue cow's milk cheeses or fresh goat cheeses. It is also ideal for accompanying dry pastries and particularly tarts made with red fruits. The ideal service is at a temperature of about 10-14° C and the recommended type of glass is a not too tall goblet, with a wide body and a rather narrow opening.
