The Lavender Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil Condiment Spray produced by L'Aromaria is handmade in the beautiful setting of Umbria, more precisely in Orvieto, using 100% Italian and organic extra virgin olive oil.
This condiment is based on EVO oil with the addition of essential oil of Lavender produced from lavender sourced from the strictly controlled organic farms of L'Aromaria.
The lavender gives the oil a bold, sweet, and fresh flavor that is truly inviting.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, essential oil of Lavandula X Intermedia (obtained by steam distillation of flowering aerial parts)

It is a sort of food fragrance to be added at the end of cooking directly on the dish in place of fresh or dried herbs.
