The Condiment based on Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Wild Mint Spray produced by L'Aromaria is handcrafted in the wonderful setting of the Umbrian lands, specifically in Orvieto using 100% Italian and organic extra virgin olive oil.
This condiment is made with evo oil combined with essential oil of Wild Mint produced from mint also sourced from the carefully managed organic farms of L'Aromaria. The mint gives the oil a truly inviting herbaceous and spicy flavor.
Mint is a perennial aromatic plant that grows wild in many areas of Italy. The essential oil is characterized by a very intense and herbaceous scent similar to that of mint but spicier with notes reminiscent of savory and thyme.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, essential oil of Anethum Graveolens (obtained by steam distillation from the whole flowering plant)
