Nettle is particularly rich in trace elements such as potassium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, and calcium. The leaves contain good amounts of copper and zinc, useful for strengthening nails and hair. Its richness in micronutrients makes it a plant with remineralizing properties, recommended in cases of convalescence or malnutrition.
