This extraordinary extra virgin oil is produced using two cultivars of olives, namely Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice, which, once harvested, are cold-pressed at a temperature of 25° C through a mechanical process within 24 hours of the olives being delivered to the mill.
This oil has a deep green color with golden reflections, but most importantly, it possesses a fresh, intense, and Mediterranean aroma, very harmonious and elegant, with faint hints of tomato. Its aromatic profile is medium-intense fruity, medium bitter, and at the same time spicy.
