The Perlage di Aringa developed by Pescaviar is truly extraordinary! This premium Spanish product is created using the best MSC certified wild herring (Marine Stewardship Council), a non-profit independent organization whose purpose is to verify adherence to sustainable fishing practices, which give it a delicious taste and a really intense flavor.
This perlage comes in the form of small “pearls” 2 mm in diameter with a creamy consistency and a pearl black color. This is the small and practical package of 55g.
Ingredients: water, smoked herring, corn starch, cuttlefish ink, acidifier (citric acid), lemon juice, stabilizer, and spices.
