The Truffle Perlage from Tartuflanghe is truly extraordinary! It is produced using only the juice of the best black truffle, which is obtained through direct extraction from the truffle itself during its cooking.
This very tasty juice is then “spherified” through a very sophisticated technique, meaning it is transformed into small spheres or pearls with truffle flavor.
The first product of the perlage line, the truffle perlage is born from the passion and experience of Tartuflanghe to enrich the catalog of products dedicated to the Horeca channel.
