The Recioto del Vajol is a wine of great evocative power. Sweet quintessence of the earth, it is exquisite and unforgettable like an interrupted love poem, where the Conca del Vajol is the seal of an exclusive creation: the Recioto del Vajol is a timeless nectar.
The selected grapes have rested for five months in the fruit drying room carved into the tuff where the natural drying process has taken place. In February, the grapes undergo a fermentation and maceration process at controlled temperature. After the racking, the wine is aged in steel and then in small barrels for about 10 months.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
The harmonious bouquet, the freshness, and the sweet and intense flavor of grapes make this wine a perfect companion to indulge in every special moment.
