The “Tradizionale Extravecchio” represents the highest expression of the entire world of Balsamic Vinegars; the flagship product, born in the attics of Modena houses.

It is obtained from only cooked grape must and is aged for a long time using the ancient system of “Rincalzi e Travasi” in ancient batteries consisting of barrels made from different woods.

The aging is at least 25 years
