The Family Reserve was born from the desire to dedicate a line of fine vinegars and dressings to the ancestors of the Giusti family.

The “Little Women”, a series of sweet, delicate, and highly dense dressings, come from the custom, present in Giusti as in many other Modenese families, of hand-bottling the homemade balsamic vinegar with rope and sealing wax in small glass bottles to give it to loved ones.

Born from balsamic vinegar 3 Gold Medals, the Little Women are characterized by a great density and sweetness and a precious bouquet marked by hints of red fruit, honey, and vanilla.

Aging takes place in barriques with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar taken from batteries of century-old barrels.
